About Us
We are building and automating our internal accountancy system to streamline operations and improve efficiency. We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with modern technologies.
Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain web applications for our internal accountancy automation system.

Develop intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript.

Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js (Express or similar frameworks).

Integrate with databases, third-party services, and internal tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.

Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
Requirements

Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.

Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Knowledge of software development best practices: testing, CI/CD, version control (Git).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience in building or automating financial/accountancy-related systems is a big plus.

Must be based in the UK. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with accounting principles or ERP systems.
